Imagination

I don't know where I would be without my imagination. When I write poetry or books or affirmations and meditations I use my imagination.
It helps to transform my normal into a world where any thing is possible. When you read or listen to people who teach, especially self development you have to touch base and use your imagination to help you to develop the tools to get you to where you wish to be. With so much technology and electronic gaming available especially to our youth I worry that the ability to let your imagination free is being limited. At schools now a large section of the pupils are on drugs for ADD and others are on self medications because they have their own issues. We are in a time where we are not encouraged to think or act outside of a narrow margin. It is no wonder that people are using computers and videos to extreme as it is one of there ways to step out of the narrow perimiters that are placed around them. I salute JR Rowling for unleasing a world of magic and imagery for a starving population to take on board and float free with, and we need to encourage our children to keep using their imagination.
Our imaginations allow us to float free and think new ideas and allows us to step free of our own boringness. I think we should have imagination hours in our work place! That we should play games and dress up and have fun. We should allow our writers and poets and the story tellers of our generation space to create and pay them as well as our actors are. We should encourage our youth in schools to live with their differnces and gifts.
Being trapped in a world where we are limited with in our minds is shutting down the vast knowledge that our imaginations allow us access to; and that is placing limitations on what and how we create.
We need to imagine life on other planets and creating peace and harmony on our own planet, we need to set these and millions of other ideas free so that they can be realised.
We need to set our imaginations free.
Your mission if you choose to take up the banner is to encourage your imagination and don't allow others to diminish the power of it.
Viva Imagination
Viva Freedom
Viva Hope
