IT'S LIKE A CATCH 22 SITUATION....DO YOU WORK HARD, PLAN WELL AND BINGO ...SUCCESS. OR DO YOU DRIFT EXPECTING ...NOTHING/EVERYTHING AND SEEING WHAT UNFOLDS.
I FIND IT ENDLESSLY FASINATING ...ALL THE POSSIBILIES
TO DO EVERYTHING OR NOTHING  AT ALL

Its strange to me that we are always seeking what we don't have
We are always looking to change to improve to be more
We look at others and either judge or seek to be like them
Is it a gene we all share or is it the environment we live in?
Is it nuture or nature?
Or could it be that we are conditioned to never  be happy or content with just what is?
We are scorned for being egotistic or laughed at for being lazy or overly simplictic
It seems to me that the subcouncious or id never rests in its quest for internal change
that the concept of happiness as is , is one that it doesn't understand so therefore we
don't really understand it either
Its like a puzzle, we understand that there are pieces that we need to put together to see
the complete picture but like a puzzle with 1000's of pieces we are daunted in the process
we sometimes start organising and putting together pieces but then we get caught up in the
life that we are living and often we only go back in brief spurts to see where other pieces fit
I wonder what it would be like if we just embraced the thought of happiness
that we add no clauses to that thought ...that we think of it like a favourite colour or flower
that it just is and that is it. If we could pass that along unconditionally to our children ..what would their lives
look like...to totally embrace happiness without judgement.to totally just be happy...
I would like to think that the world would then be a more peaceful place
So my thought for today is I am happy!
May I become part of the solution ....maybe you can become part of the solution too!

Is life a chess game

Are we really in control of our destines?
Have you ever mapped out a course of action just to have
an event happen that changes it completely
Do you at times think that a invisible force is directing your life
and that the road you are on isn't quite the one you thought you should or would be on
Do you ever wonder why some people seem to never faulter but serge from point A to Z
without error
While others seem to step through a land mine field of continual exlosions that they can't seem to avoid!
What, if anything ,creates those differnces? Is it a concrete definable thing or is it a undefined energy..or
maybe it is both!
And if we are really being guided by forces beyound ourcontrol...like chess board pieces...do we
really want to know?
Isn't it in  our natures to try to control and change everything...especially if we feel confined or our emotions are engaged.
If indeed our futures are mapped for us from the moment of conception, then maybe it is a good thing that we don't know the paths in front of us..because really who of us would choose a pathway of poverty and pain if we had choose. Some theorise that we live out karma's that we are all entwined together in the dance of life ..that if one had control to change one thing then the bigger picture would fail to materialise as preordained...Would You want to know your life course! Some times I think that I like having a simplictic view that its nice to have hope,mystery and endless possibilies in my future. That having the knowing of what life has in store for me, would in small ways change how I acted anyway...that not having that mystery of what ever would damping my internal enthusasm even in moments of deep destress.
Maybe if there is a higher power directing us ....they do know better than allowing us complete free will..As the human race has great capacity for greatness as well as endless destruction...I hope that a greater power would in the long run save guard us from our follies....

Energy Protection

For years I have been teaching others to protect there personal energy space
As the viel thins arround us it is even more important to do this
This is a simple method....with practice it takes under a minute

Visulize ....please don't get caught up in trying to see if you can't visulize just believe that u see.

Golden light protection

Take a deep breathe into stomach and release x 3
Close ur eyes
in your mind's eye look up above your head....you wil see a brillant ball of energy like the sun shining down on u.....as u look at the ball u will see hundreds of golden white drops fall down down down from the ball...down onto your face....head..shoulders...down your body......down your legs and feet....where it forms a golden pool of energy...as u look at the pool it forms into a golden mist that moves back up your body front and back....back up around your face....wrapping u in a protective golden white aura...

use this method to protect yourself and also others. I also use golden light protection on my car and home...simple easy but truly effective.  remember everything is energy both positive and negetive...having extra protection around you means that other energy that isn't meant for you will harmlessly bounce off your body and be released back into the person or object sending it ..u will not absorb it....

new beginnings

A thought!
We are given new beginnings everyday that we wake up.
How offen are we even aware that this is the case.
I find that mostly we travel unconsciously through out our life.
Only when a event occurs to stop us and awaken us do we challenge ourselves to change
and most often we run out of steam and only partly change
Maybe that is the way we are meant to be
living in brief moments and for the rest of our lives being almost robot like
living with a conscious unawareness.
